Dance Sessions


BOOM is excited to announce we will be offering dance classes and acro classes for all ages.  We will also offer, Mommy and Me classes,  sessions will be $40(4 weeks). BOOM will not be charging any registration fees! Once you are signed up, your account will be on auto-pay.  Dance classes will be taken out the first of each month, to cancel dance membership we must have a 30 day cancellation notice.

Mommy and Me- 

Ages 18 months - 2 years:  This class is the perfect introduction to movement and dance for your child who is not ready to separate but is ready to explore a nurturing learning environment. The basic elements of dance are introduced in a positive and loving way. Caregivers and children participate together throughout the class. Come dance play roll and explore! 


Adult Ballet-

Focused on exercises, techniques and steps of classical ballet. Develop an aesthetic awareness of the art of classical ballet. Includes a warm-up at the barre with center floor work and combinations.


Adult Tap-

Tap dance uses the sound of the tap shoes hitting the floor as a percussive instrument. Tap dance sharpens reflexes and improves memory skills and coordination. Weather your a beginner tapper or advanced tapper this class is about fun! Dancing is a great way to develop musicality, timing and balance.


Ballet/ Tap-

Dancers explore their independence by attending class without parental assistance.  Every class is a dance adventure of music and movement. We focus on basics of ballet, strength, muscle control, coordination, and classroom socialization

Acro dance-

(Ages 4 and up- level is based on teacher evaluation. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class, it seamlessly fuses elements of lyrical, gymnastics tricks, balancing, tumbling, and jazz. Students learn acrobatic tricks such as handstands, cartwheels, chin stands, elbow stands, walkovers, side and front aerials, tumbling lines, balance and contortion tricks, all to each student's individual level of experience. Dancers who would like to work on their flexibility should consider trying acrobatics!
