AMPD Strength is a group fitness format that takes the amazing power of barbell and weighted bar training and sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We use the rhythm, speed and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace.


AMPD Resistance

AMPD Resistance is the latest group fitness format from the creators of Kettlebell AMPD®. It raises resistance band training to a whole new level! AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.
Resistance bands are a simple yet effective training tool. Lightweight, portable and fun to use, resistance bands offer many great benefits to gym owners, group fitness instructors, personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts. And when you add music the workout gets AMPD up even more!!

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.



If you've dreamed of channeling your inner rock star into afitness plan, it's time to POUND. Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio intervaltraining with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station.

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.





Insanity is a totally body workout that uses your own body weight for resistance. This program is a max interval training that will challenge you and get you sweating.

Circuit Rebounders

Rebounding is a type of elastically leveraged low-impact exercise usually performed on a device known as a rebounder—sometimes called a "mini-trampoline".

The Benefits of Rebounding: 

  • Boosts lymphatic drainage and immune function

  • Great for skeletal system and increasing bone mass

  • Helps improve digestion

  • More than twice as effective as running without the extra stress on the ankles and knees

  • Increases endurance on a cellular level by stimulating mitochondrial production (these are responsible for cell energy)

  • Rebounding helps circulate oxygen throughout the body to increase energy.

  • Rebounding in a whole body exercise that improves muscle tone throughout the body.

  • Some sources claim that the unique motion of rebounding can also help support the thyroid and adrenals.

This workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do.Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts. The reason this type of HIIT workout works so well is because of the work-to-rest ratio. You only get 10 seconds of rest between each 20 second bout of exercise.


Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!


Core de Force

CORE DE FORCE workouts are broken into 3-minute "rounds"—just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes, you'll attack Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations. Bodyweight moves. And a fat-blasting cardio spike in every round.


Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. A study shows that a person burns 300 to 900kcal with an hour-long Zumba exercise.
Because Zumba offers different options, proponents of the Zumba program claim that it is safe for all ages, meaning that anyone from age 0 to 100 can participate in this form of aerobic exercise.
