AMPD Strength
AMPD Strength is a group fitness format that takes the amazing power of barbell & weighted bar training & sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experiecnce. Using the benefits of strength training, functional movements & cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe & effective workout for all ages & fitness levels.
Bosu
This training equipment has two sides, one is dome-shaped while the other side is flat & each side is used differently. The Bosu fitness class enhances flexibility & stability, trains a variety of body muscles. This fun class is an overall full body workout.
Fitness Line Dancing
Country Fusion is a new fitness workout that incorporates country music & dance. This workout can burn up to 500 calories in its 50 min class. Country Fusion is designed for all levels & ages.
Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing is a cardiovascular workout that is a mixture of boxing, martial arts & aerobics. Traditional movements in cardio kickboxing include kicks, punches & other complex moves that relate to martial arts.

Piloxing Barre
The classic barre workout with a modern twist, this program takes traditional ballet moves & throws in pilates & boxing. This workout targets every muscle group, low impact, increases flexibility & improves your posture.
Rebounders
rebounding as aerobics on a trampoline, with less impact on the joints. It’s a great way to get your heart pumping and strengthen your muscles and bones, without the added pressure that activities like running or jumping on land put on your body.
